If you need to add features and functionalities to close a deal, we can be very responsive, produce screen shots to your specifications, and upload the new features to our servers.

We provide the training materials and assistance you need. Training is not a profit center for us. We don’t want it to be. The purpose of our training is to make sure that our partners are qualified to sell Posterita in a professional and successful manner.

We’ve created a helpful, in-depth Partner Manual, and you’ll have access to our free web-based training materials. We offer additional training, as needs arise. Posterita also conducts regular webinars, during which we encourage our partners to discuss cases.

We do everything we can to help our partners become skillful representatives of Posterita and to help reduce the time our partner spends providing support. As part of our effort, we offer a unique service called YourHOTLINE!, which is available to our premium and certified partners.

YourHOTLINE! is not a profit center for us. As you know by now, we make our money by leveraging data and credit card processing.

Here’s how YourHOTLINE! works:

It includes online chat and phone support. When your customers use your hotline, they’ll be in touch with a Posterita specialist, who will provide support under your own brand.

As a result, you can handle support without the need to employ someone or answer the calls yourself. So you can save money, while knowing that your customers are being handled by fully trained technicians.

7. Outstanding marketing support

We realize that many of our partners do not have the time to create marketing materials. So we provide you with them. The materials include a brochure, videos, partner logos, and a partner page on our website. It’s easy to convert the marketing collateral to your own brand.
