  • How do I resell Posterita if it's free?

It's simple economics. When a great product is free, who doesn't want it?

We also know that customers spend about 7 times more on professional services than they do on software licenses. So most of the money is in professional services.

Giving away the software creates efficient presales. As a result, you can get customers faster. Then you sign them up for support and with Posterita, you keep 100% of the support fees.

 

  • Is the Enterprise Edition only available through resellers?

The Enterprise edition also comes without any license fees to you or your customer. However, to ensure proper implementation, Posterita offers this edition only when bundled with professional services.

 

  • How much can I charge for Posterita?

It's really up to you to sell Posterita the way you want to, but we’ve found what works best for our partners is to offer the software free, sell an installation fee that covers some of the initial cost, and then sell a support contract that lasts for a few years.

Typically, our Partners charge an installation fee per terminal, and they charge support contract per month.

 

  • Can Posterita process the billing for me?

No. You have to do your own billing.

 

  • How can I get exclusivity on my territory?

You cannot. Sorry. We cannot presently offer exclusivity to any of our resellers on any territory. Our policy does not allow to bend the market rules to force customers to go through some single partner. We are advocate of performance. We all need to be good at what we do!

However, you can white-label our service.

 

  • Can I white label Posterita?

You can white label if you become an official and appointed partner of Posterita. You will need to provide us with a complete white logo, and give us the url where we will redirect your sign up form.The application will reside on our servers, but your logo and branding will replace ours.

 

  • Can Posterita be customized?

Yes of course. Posterita is developed upon an ERP framework. Our engineers can customize Posterita for any industry or verticals. Please get in touch with us at support@posterita.com for further details.

 

  • Do I get training?

The training is provided as part of the partner package.

 

  • Are there marketing materials?

Yes, You can use Posterita brochure which is available here.Moreover, based on your geographical location, Posterita will also assign leads to you.

 

  • Where can I find the Partner agreement?

We will send that to you by email once you confirm your interest of becoming a Posterita partner.

 

  • Are there different levels of partnership?

We have created three levels in our program:

1. Authorized

2. Certified

3. Premium

These levels are based on the level of commitment you are willing to take towards Posterita. The higher your commitment towards us, so will be ours. Meaning more leads, white labeling and more support to you.

As you become more efficient in reselling Posterita,you’ll progress through the different levels of our SuccessPARTNER program and enjoy more benefits.

 

  • What do you expect from your partners?

All we ask our partners are:

  • Deploy Posterita as on demand solution to your customers as this proves to be the most cost effective solution to you, your customers and us.
  • Sell only professional services and not license.
  • Represent Posterita in the professional manner that builds the brand in the retail environment.
  • Implement the POS properly for your customers.
  • Convert your customers to one of the payment processors we provide.
  • Settle the amount representing your membership fee for your partnership level.
