Every screen and document are context-sensitive, with lifelike forms and color coding. The POS adds relevant, color-coded stamps to documents, such as Void, Delivered, Paid, Partially Paid, etc. We also use color-coded documents to avoid any confusion: sales receipts are white, returns and exchanges are red, etc.
