Sell services
You can also use the POS to sell products or services. At the creation stage, just specify whether the item is a product or service. Obviously, this function helps you be more exact about your inventory, too.

Multiple Units of Measures
You can easily manage items measured by volume, pack, quantity, weight or other units. You can also define how many you have in a pack.

Primary group and category management
Say you're the owner of convenience stores with many different groups of products, such as drinks, hygiene, food, and garments, but your primary group is garments. Within the garment group, you can define and manage categories like jeans, T-shirts, socks, etc.
When you create a product in Posterita, you can define multiple levels of information, which will define how reports are displayed. It will also determine how your sales associates can search products. In the example above, we created a product Coca Cola Classic 330 ML and allocated it to the primary group Drink in the subgroup Coca-Cola. So the product is properly categorize and easy to search by sales associates.

Multiple subcategories
Yet knowing, for example, that a product is a garment and T-shirt is not enough. So Posterita allows you to define as many as 8 subcategories, such as size, color, design, and manufacturer.

The right level of detail for product groupings
Say you decide to classify the product category T-shirt according to 10 models, 5 sizes, 10 colors and 30 designs. This decision means that you need to manage up 15,000 different items for the category. Or you may opt for 10 models and 5 sizes but not bother about other details.

Reports that are too general won't allow you to get the precision you might want to analyze your sales. On the other hand, if your reports are too narrow, you'll find it hard to manage large quantities of different products. The best thing is, Posterita will be able to set up the level of management detail that you want.

Check your product stock card
You can quickly check product transactions and movement history for any items, purchases, stock take, inventory, along with other data, by just clicking on a product card icon.

Quick import
You'll be able to import large numbers of products and prices from a CSV format (Excel compatible) for quick uploads.You can also update in large quantities by CSV, not just by importing updates.
