Posterita applies a commission rule that provides maximum incentives to your sales associates.

For instance, say you define a commission of 5% for sales between 0-5000 USD and 10% between 5001-10,000 USD. If one of your salespeople sells 6,000 USD, the 5,000 USD threshold was reached, so the 10% commission applies.

Split sales

Imagine that John and Michael sold items to the same customer. How would you assign commissions? With Posterita, you can split them in any proportion you want. Just select the Split Order icon, and you'll be asked to enter the cash amount attributable to each of them.

Refund

If a customer asks for a refund, Posterita deducts the refunded amount from the revenue on which the commission is calculated.

Exchange.

Say a customer exchanges an item sold by John for a more expensive item sold by Michael. Posterita automatically shares the positive difference between them. But if the exchange item was cheaper, John's sale amount would be decreased by the difference.

Commission report

You can get a commission-payable report just by choosing the store or stores and the time-frame for which you want the commissions to be calculated. You can also specify the staff you want the commissions computed for.
