The Posterita family · Seven products · One account

An operating system for SMEs in the developing world.

Posterita is seven products that talk to each other. Retail OS runs the till. Legal OS files the company. Mail OS reads the inbox. Agency OS supervises the agents. Account OS holds the identity. Delivery OS executes the last mile. Commerce OS turns a WhatsApp number into a real storefront. Pick where you need it most. Add the rest as you grow — without re-onboarding, without forking your data, without paying five different SaaS subscriptions to do one job.

Built in Mauritius. Honest about what is live, what is invite-only, and what is still being built. No fake metrics, no countdown-clock urgency. If a product is not ready for you, we will say so on its own page.

The seven

Each one earns its keep on its own.

Proof

Real screens from the running apps.

Production screenshots — not mockups. Each product page carries its own gallery; below is a taster across three of the seven.

Agency OS triage inbox row with approve / edit / reject actions
Agency OS — triage row, keyboard-first approve / edit / reject.
Legal OS encrypted document vault
Legal OS — document vault, AES-256-GCM at rest.
Mail OS attachment intelligence vault
Mail OS — asset register, deduplicated and linked to counterparties.

How the seven fit together

Seven products. One backbone.

Account OS is the identity layer — one person, one workspace, product access grants you can revoke in a single row. It owns the shared records every product needs: managed companies, locations, account contacts. You set them up once.

Retail OS is the flagship — POS, inventory, KDS, loyalty, staff, reports. It captures every sale a merchant makes. The cart engine and the customer object are shared with Commerce OS, which mounts the same catalogue inside a WhatsApp-native storefront, and with Delivery OS, which picks the order up at the till and tracks it to the customer's door.

Legal OS files the company that earns from those sales — KYC, statutory filings, e-signatures binding under ETA 2000, an append-only audit log that survives a regulator. It runs on its own Supabase project with FIAMLA-grade controls. Mail OS reads the inbox where the supplier invoices and customer KYC arrive, classifies them, and forwards what belongs in the Mauritius legal flow into Legal OS via a one-way controlled-import bridge.

Agency OS is the supervision layer. It does not run customer-facing work itself; it sits behind the AI agents that do — Nina on WhatsApp sales and support, Kira inside the knowledge base, the Kai cast across our internal tooling. Every consequential agent action lands in one keyboard-first inbox with a human on the other side. Quiet when agents are right, loud when they are not, reviewable when a regulator asks. That is the spine that lets the rest of the family run AI safely.

Which product do I need?

Start where it hurts most.

You do not need all seven on day one. Pick the product that solves the loudest problem; the others are still here when you are ready. If two rows below describe you, start with whichever is bleeding more — the second one will be waiting.

Still not sure? Talk to us. Tell us where the pain is — we will say which product fits and, if none do today, we will say that too.

One account. Seven products. As much as you need.

Start free with Retail OS, or talk to us about whichever product matches the problem on your desk this week. We do not run a sales playbook — we will tell you honestly whether Posterita is the right fit and walk you out if it is not.
