1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Posterita (the "Service"), operated by Tamak Group, a company registered in Mauritius ("we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a mailbox, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Posterita is a suite of business tools including document management, point-of-sale, and loyalty platforms. Specific features may change over time; we will not materially reduce paid features without 30 days' notice.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including the actions of teammates you invite.
• You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process data that you don't have a lawful basis to process.
• Attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• Probe, scan, or reverse-engineer the Service for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated disclosure programme.
• Use the Service to send spam or malware.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

5. Connected Google account

When you connect a Google account, you grant Posterita the OAuth scopes described in our Privacy Policy. We access only what is required to deliver the Service, and you may revoke access at any time. Our handling of Google user data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and emails you upload or sync. You grant us a limited licence to host, transform (e.g. OCR, classification), and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We will not use your content to train any general-purpose AI model.

7. Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance per the rates shown at signup.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• We will notify you 14 days in advance of any price change.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and emergency maintenance without notice when required for security or stability.

9. Termination

• You may close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing support.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of imminent risk.
• On termination, we will retain data for the periods described in our Privacy Policy and then delete or anonymize it.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that AI classifications are error-free; you remain responsible for verifying any output used for accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your unlawful use of the Service, or (c) your content infringing third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Mauritius, unless local consumer-protection law mandates a different forum for you as an individual user.
